Deciding whether or not a skincare product will actually give you the results it claims it will, and if it’s worth the cost, can be very tricky.
Exuviance is a high-end, professional skincare brand and may even be carried in some dermatology and physician offices.
I received a tube of Exuviance Targeted Lip Filler in exchange for a review on their website. I decided to share my opinion on my own website myself.
Below I will discuss more about the brand, the product itself, the results I have experienced and where you can purchase the product should you decide to try it.

My Exuviance Targeted Lip Filler Review
What Is It?
Exuviance Targeted Lip Filler is a non-invasive hydrating, plumping, and smoothing lip treatment that claims you will see results in just one week.
This product is applied to the lips twice a day.
It is a milky white cream that is not visible once applied on the lips or skin.
There are 4 main ingredients in this lip filler:
- NeoGlucosamine: diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while firming the skin.
- CitraFill: helps plump and firm skin, stimulates collagen.
- Glycerin: allows the skin to retain moisture and increases hydration.
- Peptides: helps build collagen and elastin for younger looking skin.
Who Is It For?
It is ideal for those with aging skin and lines above or around the lips.
This product may also be helpful as a preventative measure.
How I Used It
I used this lip filler on my lips, slightly above my upper lip, and in the fine smile lines on either side. I use it after serum, and before moisturizer and lip balm.
The photos in this review were taken after 1 week, but I have used this product for over 3 weeks at the time of this post.
According to the directions, this product should be applied to the lips and the area above the top lip.
It feels very smooth and slippery at first. It absorbs into the skin fairly quickly, but stays on the lips a bit longer.
I don’t apply lip balm until I am done my hair, makeup, and getting dressed.
While the package states that you may experience some tingling when using this product, I have had none. I don’t have sensitive skin so that may be why.
Full disclosure: I used several other skin care products while using this product including Glow Recipe Plum Plump, Glow Recipe Banana Souffle Moisture Cream, and Rose Hip Seed Oil at night. Any of these products could have also influenced the results in the smile lines, as well.
My Results
According to the Exuviance website, 94% of people they tested experienced an improvement in the lines above their top lip.
This is the only statistic provided on their website. Unfortunately, it is a bit hard for me to compare to this area as I don’t really have lines above my lip.
However, I have seen a noticeable difference in the smile lines. They were fine lines to begin with, but now are hard to see at all.
I can also say that my lips are smoother and more plump, though I would not say they look bigger, if that makes sense. They just seem healthier.
I did not experience any irritation at all when using this lip filler.
Overall, I do feel like this product works as it is intended. You should not expect your lips to look as if they were professionally filled, but rather plumped and healthier looking.
How Much Does It Cost?
Exuviance products fall more in the high-range for skin care.
The Targeted Lip Filler has a retail price of $38.00.
A little bit goes a long way, so you can expect it to last at least a month unless you prefer to apply more product or use it more often.
