Deciding whether or not a skincare product will actually give you the results it claims it will, and if it’s worth the cost, can be very tricky.
Neostrata is a high-end, professional skincare brand and may even be carried in some dermatology and physician offices.
I received a tube of the Neostrata Triple Firming Neck Cream in exchange for a review on their website and a post on Instagram. I decided to share my opinion on my own website myself.

I have not reviewed other Neostrata products on either of my websites, but I have used their Foaming Glycolic Wash in the past and it is one of the best facial cleansers that I’ve ever used.

Their anti-aging products are formulated to help your skin renew its layers to reveal a healthy, more youthful appearance.
They create very effective dermatologist grade products.
The product line includes exfoliators, peels, serums, fillers, eye treatments, cleansers, toners, moisturizers, neck and body care, and sun protection.
My Neostrata Triple Firming Neck Cream Review
What Is It?
Neostrata Triple Firming Neck Cream is a specially formulated cream that helps improve the appearance of crepey skin texture, wrinkles, lack of firmness and uneven tone on the more sensitive neck and décolletage area.
It is a thick white cream that is easy to spread on this delicate area.
There are 3 main ingredients in this cream:
- NeoGlucosamine: diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while firming the skin.
- NeoCitriate: helps stimulate collagen and increase skin firmness.
- Pro-Amino Acid: helps enhance collagen.
Who Is It For?
It is ideal for those with aging skin.
This product may also be helpful as a preventative measure.
How I Used It
I use this neck cream twice a day, as instructed. When applying to my neck I use upward strokes.
The photos in this review were taken after just 1 week, but I have used this product for over 3 weeks at the time of this post.
It feels very smooth and absorbs into the skin very quickly.
Full disclosure: The only other skincare product that I used on my neck and décolletage area during this testing period was the Glow Recipe Plum Plump which is a hyaluronic acid-based serum. I would apply the serum first and allow it to fully absorb before using the neck cream.
My Results
According to the Neostrata website, 90% of people they tested experienced a smoother neck and décolletage area after 16 weeks.
I felt that my skin was softened and much smoother immediately after applying the product. It was kind of shocking how well this product works.
Over the course of 2-3 weeks, and with the use of photos, I have seen the lines on my neck soften and become less noticeable. There is also some visibly firming.
Compared with the Lovescript Décolleté and Neck Cream, which is the only other neck cream that I’ve tested at this time, this one from Neostrata has been more effective for me.
While I don’t have sensitive skin on my face, my neck can be very sensitive to some products. I did not experience any irritation at all when using this neck cream.
Overall, I do feel like this product works as it is intended and I would highly recommend it.

Neostrata products fall more in the high-range for skin care.
The Triple Firming Neck Cream has a retail price of $88.00 for a 2.8 ounce tube.
I have been using mine for 3 weeks now and still have a good amount left in the tube.
